At Arc-Voyage, we don't just book hotels; we design experiences. Our initial consultancy involves deep research into local architecture and cultural heritage. This bespoke service requires a non-refundable planning fee of £250 per itinerary.
Note: This fee covers our expert time and curate access to private architectural sites. It's deducted from your final booking total once the voyage is confirmed.
2. Cancellation & Alterations
We understand that minds change, but our partners in the field have strict policies. Should you need to cancel your trip, we'll strive to minimize your losses. However, cancellations made less than 60 days before departure will incur a 50% charge of the total tour cost.
What happens if we need to change the route? If unforeseen circumstances, such as building restoration or weather, prevent access to a scheduled site, we'll provide a local alternative of equal cultural significance.
3. Travel Insurance
It's a mandatory requirement for all travelers with Arc-Voyage to possess comprehensive travel insurance. This must cover medical emergencies and cancellations. We're here to guide you, but personal safety is your primary responsibility.
4. Intellectual Property
The bespoke itineraries, including specific local guide contacts and unique route mapping, remain the intellectual property of Arc-Voyage. These aren't for redistribution or reproduction without our written consent.
